BOQ, Quantity Surveying and Billing Control: Building a Traceable Commercial Record

Commercial control becomes difficult when BOQ quantities, site measurements, progress, variations and billing are maintained in separate records. A traceable QS workflow should connect what was contracted, what was measured, what was approved and what was billed.

Treat the BOQ as controlled scope data
