01

Brand & product identity

ORQIV is the public brand and product identity for the ORQIV Project Controls System. Formal contracting, invoicing and legal obligations may be issued by the applicable legal entity once that entity is established and identified in the relevant agreement.

02

Intellectual property

The ORQIV name, visual identity, interface presentation, written material, software, documentation and proprietary system elements may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, contractual and other applicable rights. No public display of a feature, workflow or concept grants a license to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, republish or commercially exploit proprietary ORQIV materials.

03

Website use

Public information is provided for general product, professional and educational purposes. Access to the secured ORQIV application is limited to authorized users and remains subject to account permissions, project access, applicable agreements and in-product governance controls.

04

Privacy notice

Public browsing may generate standard technical records required to operate and secure the website. When a user signs in or uses secured services, account and project information may be processed to provide authentication, access control, support, auditability and application functionality. ORQIV does not publish customer project information on the public website.

05

Security & responsible use

Attempting to bypass authentication, interfere with service operation, extract protected information, abuse automated interfaces or gain unauthorized access is prohibited. Security concerns should be reported through the official support or security channel once published, rather than tested against production systems without authorization.

06

Professional-use notice

ORQIV supports project-control workflows and professional decision-making. It does not replace contractual authority, statutory duties, engineering judgment, safety responsibilities, certified financial authority or the approvals required by a project or organization.

Commercial launch note: formal customer terms, data-processing terms, service levels and jurisdiction-specific privacy wording should be reviewed against the final ORQIV legal entity, hosting model and target markets before paid commercial launch.
